Specializing in authentic malasadas—a beloved treat with a recipe dating back more than 100 years—the donuts are known for their slightly chewy, pillowy-soft interior and crisp, sugar-dusted exterior. Unlike traditional American donuts, malasadas are hole-free and filled with flavor.
Made from scratch daily through a five-hour process, each donut is prepared fresh to order, with more than 20 rotating fillings to discover. From classic favorites to tropical-inspired surprises, every bite is a sweet reminder of Hawaii’s rich culinary tradition.
The truck makes four weekly stops, check their website or Instagram to see where they are going to be in Berthoud, Loveland, or Longmont beginning at 10 a.m., creating more than just a line for donuts—it’s a gathering place.
