2026 RESTAURANT REGISTRATION

PARTICIPATE IN THIS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED LOCAL FOOD EVENT!

Open to any food business in the Longmont or surrounding areas.

Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Bakeries, Breakfast spots, Food Trucks, you name it!

The goal of LRW is to encourage local patrons to "Try Something New"—whether that's visiting your business for the first time or trying a featured LRW menu during Longmont Restaurant Week, October 2–11

$400 GETS YOU IN FOR EVERYTHING BELOW

 

The exciting new is you can offset up to $100 of that fee by providing Gift Cards.

(For example, you pay $400, OR  $300 and provide 4 -$25 gift cards)

The dollars collected and gift cards provided go directly into making this event engaging and FUN to get NEW BUTTS in seats and marketing for your business!​

YOU PROVIDE:

A special menu, combo or selection available on your menu starting

Friday Oct 2nd and running through Oct 11.  It's that simple.

We do the following to drive traffic to your spot. Historically price points for pre-fixe menu have been $25, $35 and/or $45. You can choose one or all, or none.

We are ditching a printed guide for something so much better! Get detailed online listings with search capabilities (ie Patio, Vegan options, etc) guest Itinerary creation, bounce back offers (if you choose), and fun engagement activities, PLUS reporting on metrics afterwards!

*While participating is optional, it is highly encouraged!

This is a ticketed tasting event, you provide samples for up to 350 ticketed tasters from Noon -6pm.

 

If you are not located in downtown you will be paired with a non food downtown location. (example: Rosario's was paired with Ivy Rose) Additional details will be provided.

  2. Pay & provide Gift Cards if that option is selected. (must be paid by Sept 1) payment plans available upon request.

  3. An interactive preview will come to you via email. You will provide any changes or updates including your LRW menu/offering at that time

  4. Approve once you are happy with the final listing
